- Answered around the clock
From First Call to Wheels Up
Nearly every trip runs through four stages. The checking happens before you agree to anything.
- 1
Tell us the trip
Call us with your route, dates, passenger count and any pets or oversized bags. A rough plan is fine; we can narrow it down together.
- 2
We review the details
We check payload against your group, runway length at both ends, nonstop range and timing. If something limits the trip, such as a short runway or a heavy bag load, you hear about it now, not at the airport.
- 3
Your options and all-inclusive quote
We lay out the aircraft that fit, explain why each one works, and give you a point to point quote with the fees and taxes already in it. If an empty leg lines up with your route, we mention it.
- 4
Departure day
Drive straight to the FBO rather than a commercial terminal, with no security queue or gate to find. Your bags and pets come with you to the aircraft, and the crew loads the luggage while you settle in.
Charter Aircraft From Turboprops to Heavy Jets
Each aircraft class solves a different problem. A turboprop handles short regional hops and shorter runways well, while a light jet adds speed for trips of a couple of hours with a small group. Midsize and super-midsize jets bring a stand-up cabin and nonstop range across much of the country, and heavy jet charter covers large groups and long legs. If your dates are flexible, empty leg flights can put you on an aircraft that is already repositioning along your route.

Turboprop Charter
Pressurized turboprops like the King Air and PC-12 for regional flights of a few hundred miles, priced point to point with no hidden costs.

Light Jet Charter
Jet speed for small groups on one to three hour legs, with the bag load, runway and range checked before we put a number in front of you.

Midsize Jet Charter
Room for 7 to 9 passengers and their bags on nonstop flights of two to five hours, quoted all-inclusive after we check the aircraft and operator.

Super-Midsize Jet Charter
Nonstop coast-to-coast range and a six-foot cabin for up to about nine passengers, quoted point to point with every fee listed.

Heavy Jet Charter
Large-cabin jets for big groups, long nonstop legs and overnight flights, matched to your trip after we check the runway, range and aircraft records.

Empty Leg Flights
One-way repositioning flights at reduced rates, with the operator, aircraft and cancellation risk checked before we recommend one.
What Sets the Cost of Your Charter
A charter is priced by the aircraft and its flying hours, not per seat. A handful of trip details shift that figure most, and we go over each one with you so every line of the quote is clear.
Each quote is built around your own route, date and headcount, and it is all-inclusive. We hold off on rough estimates until we have checked the details of the trip.
- Size of the aircraft
- Bigger aircraft use more fuel each hour and need larger crews, so a heavy jet costs more than a turboprop on the same trip. Picking the right size for your group is the first way to keep the price fair.
- How far and how long you fly
- You pay by the flight hour. A smaller aircraft that must land for fuel picks up extra minutes, fees and one more takeoff, so on longer trips a jet that can go nonstop may cost less overall.
- Getting the aircraft to you
- If the nearest suitable aircraft is parked at a different airport, flying it over to you is part of the price. We look first for aircraft close to your departure so that repositioning flight stays short.
- Waiting and overnight stays
- Coming back the same day keeps the crew on the clock, and a trip over several days adds crew hotels and FBO parking. Your quote shows both clearly.
- Time of year and weather
- Fewer aircraft are free on holiday weekends. During Indiana winters, de-icing before takeoff can be a real charge, and we add it when the forecast points that way.
- Fees at each airport
- Every airport and FBO sets its own landing, ramp and handling fees. Landing at a smaller field near where you are going can sometimes bring them down.

About Private Jet Charter Avon
We are a charter company serving travelers on the west side of Indianapolis, and we have been in business 5 years. Executives, families, leisure travelers and companies moving a team on a tight schedule call us when they want a private flight without signing up for a program first.
Our work is mostly done at our office, by phone and on video calls. That is where we study each trip: who is flying, what they are carrying and where the aircraft has to land. Our recommendation comes after that review, and we tell you what drove it.
Booking with us stays simple. Each trip is priced by the legs you actually fly, the number you hear already includes the fees, and nothing ties you to future flights. Book once, or come back whenever another trip comes up.

What Sets Our Charter Service Apart
Your trip comes first, the aircraft second. We share what the review turned up in plain language before we suggest anything.
The trip gets checked before any price
Every passenger, every bag and every bulky item such as skis or golf clubs uses up payload. Runway length and possible fuel stops count as well. We run those numbers up front so the aircraft we suggest can actually fly your plan.
Straight answers, no upselling
When a light jet covers the trip, you hear that. When your group or distance calls for a midsize jet, we point to the exact limit behind it: seats, baggage room or nonstop range.
A single all-inclusive price
Fuel, crew, landing and handling fees and the federal excise tax are part of the quote. You will not find hidden costs on a bill after landing.
Billed only for legs you take
We price point to point, so one way costs one way and never round trip pricing. There is no long-term contract to sign and no program to join before you fly.
Room for pets and getting work done
Dogs and cats can fly with you. If someone in your group needs email or a video meeting in the air, we look for a WIFI-equipped aircraft. Bring up both on the call and we confirm them with the operator before booking.
Where Our Passengers Fly From
Most of the people we book live or work in Avon or a short drive away, in places like Plainfield, Brownsburg, Danville, Speedway and Pittsboro. Groups from Mooresville, Zionsville, Beech Grove, Whitestown and Heritage Lake call us too. We help you choose the airport and FBO that make the most sense for where your passengers are starting.

Common Questions About Chartering With Us
Something not covered here? (317) 643-8728
Does the quote really cover everything?
Yes. Fuel, crew, landing and handling fees and the federal excise tax are all in the number. If your trip carries something that could shift the cost, like a chance of de-icing or an extra night, you hear about it before booking. Nothing is hidden.
If I fly one way, am I billed for a return?
No. We price every leg separately, point to point, so a one-way trip never carries a round trip price. When you are ready to come home, that flight gets its own quote.
Can my dog or cat come along?
Yes, pets can fly. When you call, let us know how many are coming and how big they are, and we will make sure the operator and aircraft take them and the cabin has space.
Can I get online during the flight?
Yes, we can book aircraft that have WIFI. How well it works comes down to the system on board and the route flown, so we check the specific aircraft before you commit.
What if the aircraft breaks down before my trip?
If a mechanical problem grounds the aircraft you booked, mechanical insurance pays up to 100% of a replacement flight. We then go find another aircraft that fits and keep you updated along the way.
Do I have to sign up for anything or buy hours first?
No. You do not join anything, buy hours ahead of time or sign a long-term commitment. Book one flight, then decide later if you want another.
How close to departure can I book?
Our phones are staffed 24/7, and on demand flights can often come together quickly. What is available hinges on where aircraft are parked and when crews are rested, so we look at your date and give you a straight answer.
What size aircraft does my trip need?
It comes down to headcount, luggage and how far you fly without stopping. We hold those up against each class's seats, hold space and range, then name the smallest aircraft that does the trip comfortably. When two classes would both work, we lay out the difference in cabin room and time in the air.
