Quotes Given by Phone

The only way to reach us is by phone at (317) 643-8728. When you call, we ask about your route, departure time, passenger count, luggage, and any pets traveling with you. From that we prepare a quote for the trip you describe.

A phone quote reflects aircraft availability and conditions at the moment it is given. Fuel, positioning, crew duty limits, airport and FBO fees, and schedule changes can shift it before booking. A quote is not a reservation.

When a Charter Becomes Binding

A flight is confirmed only after you receive and accept a written charter agreement. That agreement, not this website, sets the aircraft, itinerary, price, payment terms, and cancellation rules. If anything on these pages differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls.

Accuracy of the Information Here

We describe aircraft categories such as turboprops, light jets, and heavy jets in general terms. Cabin layouts, range, baggage space, and onboard features vary from one tail number to the next, and specific aircraft are confirmed during booking. Empty leg flights depend on another trip's schedule and can change or cancel with little notice. We work to keep the site current, but we do not promise every detail is complete or up to date at all times.
